How does a person apply to join the Sheriff's Auxiliary Volunteers?

The process begins by contacting the Recruiter and scheduling a tour of our facilities and information session.  An application packet must then be completed, followed by fingerprinting and a background check by the Sheriff's Department.  The final step is an interview with the SAV Commander.  These steps must be completed at least four weeks before the Academy state date.
